We are 100% dedicated to teaching off-road skills by helping you harness the most out of yourself, and your bike, especially when the road ends. However, we know that no amount of theoretical or practical training alone will allow you to be the best you can be.

Many times, a specific accessory or product becomes invaluable for you to achieve your goals, even when that means a set a new tires or a handlebar.

With this in mind, our Concierge program aims to listen to your needs, and advise you on what you may need - if anything - while deterring you from items that may look amazing, but won't help you in any particular practical way.

This concierge approach to gear retail does not make us the fastest or cheapest option on the block, if that is what you are searching for, we apologize in advance as you won't find that here. Now what you will find is a guarantee that we won't push products just to make a buck, as we do not carry stocks, nor work with all manufacturers or brands, which means that sometimes, our advice requires sending you to a different store for you to get what you truly need.

As stated, we are 100% dedicated to teaching, so our "concierge store" - if you wish to call it that - serves the same purpose, allowing us to give you our advice on what will help you, with clear and precise explanations, even if that advise is "don't spend your money on that, you really don't need it".

We've spent our lives being pushed products, gear, accessories, and any and all things that could make brands or stores a buck. With our Concierge service, we prefer to make zero, but help you achieve your goals through knowledge and understanding of what you are getting.

By far our most requested item is tires, so we ask you, do you need tire advice? Let us know, and we will help you!

Please keep in mind that we are a Concierge Service, so we DO NOT carry stocks, as we do not always recommend the same tires to everyone, we do so on a one-on-one basis.

That being said, if you are interested in our advice, send us an email with the following information, and together we will come to a conclusion as to what may be the best tire for you!

Send us an email with the following info, being as honest as possible regarding the reality of your riding:

• What bike are you riding
• Where you are in the country
• How many miles/kms of experience do you have on-road
• How many miles/kms of experience do you have off-road
• What type of terrain do you usually ride on.
  If needed, check our off-road terrain classification system for a more accurate answer
• What do you expect to achieve with your new tires
• What are the downsides you feel with your current tire that makes you feel like you need a change
